Has helped my hormonal acne more than anything else I've tried!

I have terrible hormonal acne. I'm 32 years old and I've never had acne until now. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars on birth control, special washes and magical creams that all claimed to clear up my face and all of them had zero effect on my skin.

One night while doing some research I stumbled across a video by organic olivia on YouTube and she mentioned this stuff and the benefits of taking it to fight acne. I figured I'd give it a shot and man oh man am I glad I did! I have never seen results like this, or this quickly. I'm over the moon excited and will continue to purchase this amazing supplement!! I take two in the morning before I eat breakfast and two at night before I go to sleep. I know that's not the "recommended dose" but I'm a desperate woman with angry skin!

I'm really kind of shocked at how many ppl are saying the pill was huge and hard to swallow. I don't think they're abnormally or unusually large but maybe I'm just used to vitamins?

GREAT FOR AVOIDING COLD SORES!!

This supplement is great for avoiding cold sores!!

I take one every day especially when I feel a cold coming on and I haven't gotten a cold sore since I've started!!

I am sure they will still re-appear here and there but reducing the frequency using this supplement has been a huge help!! Cold sores are supper annoying so anything that helps reduce their frequency is much appreciated

The pills are easy to swallow (though i will say they are a bit large).

This has honest to goodness completely cleared up my hormonal acne breakouts on my chin. I read it would do just that and I bought it once again hoping I would find something to help with my acne. To clear up acne on the rest of the face try a Burdock Root tincture also found on amazon. These two things have helped me more than anything else and together are around $20.
